Included are the 1,5 days of conference, coffee breaks and lunch on Thursday including drinks as well as dinner on 18^th and 19^th of November 2026 and the excursion on 20^th of November 2026. The participation of an accompanying person in the dinner / the excursion is possible, but must be booked and paid separately. With the confirmation of registration you will receive an invoice, which you will have to pay upon receipt. Participation is only possible if we have received the payment before the event.

Cancellation: For cancellations after 15^th of October 2026 the cancellation fee is 50% of the lump sum. For cancellations after 31^st of October 2026, the cancellation fee is 100% of the lump sum and for non-appearance or cancellation on the day of the event. The full lump sum is charged here. Cancellation must be made in writing without exception. A substitute person can of course be named. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme and to cancel the event. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
