The conference offers a comprehensive package including sessions, networking dinners and an excursion, designed to create both professional value and meaningful connections. How high are the participation fees?

The flat rate is 1,200 Euro excl. VAT (excl. overnight stay) per person. This is an all-inclusive price, which includes:

 

  • The conference on 18th of November 2026, 02:00 – 06:00 pm including the “welcome” dinner at 7:00 pm at the Hotel Bergresort
  • The conference on 19th of November 2026, 9:00 am – 05:00 pm, followed by the “networking” dinner at 7:30 pm
  • The excursion on 20th of November 2026, 08:30 am – 01:00 pm

 

The participation of accompanying persons to the dinners is possible, but extra to book and pay in advance. The early booking is 10%, ends on 30th of September 2026 and is only available for conference attendees not for companions. The general registration deadline is 31st of October 2026.

Your complete ICOP participation package

Included are the 1,5 days of conference, coffee breaks and lunch on Thursday including drinks as well as dinner on 18th and 19th of November 2026 and the excursion on 20th of November 2026. The participation of an accompanying person in the dinner / the excursion is possible, but must be booked and paid separately. With the confirmation of registration you will receive an invoice, which you will have to pay upon receipt. Participation is only possible if we have received the payment before the event.

Cancellation: For cancellations after 15th of October 2026 the cancellation fee is 50% of the lump sum. For cancellations after 31st of October 2026, the cancellation fee is 100% of the lump sum and for non-appearance or cancellation on the day of the event. The full lump sum is charged here. Cancellation must be made in writing without exception. A substitute person can of course be named. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme and to cancel the event. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
