How high are the participation fees?

The flat rate is 820 Euro excl. 27% VAT (HU) (excl. overnight stay) per person. This is an all-inclusive price, which includes:

  • the afternoon programme on 25th of November 2020 including the "welcome" dinner in Gundel Restaurant
  • the conference on 26th of November 2020 including the "networking" dinner
  • the excursion on 27th of November 2020 including the bus transfer

The participation of accompanying persons to the dinners is possible, but extra to book and pay in advance. The early booking is 10%, ends on 30th of September 2020 and is only available for conference attendees not for companions, the general registration deadline is 31st of October 2020.

Included are the conference, coffee breaks and lunch including drinks as well as dinner on 25th and 26th of November 2020 and participation in the afternoon programme on 25th of November 2020 and the excursion on 27th of November 2020. The participation of an accompanying person in the dinner / the excursion / the afternoon programme is possible, but must be booked and paid separately. With the confirmation of registration you will receive an invoice, which you will have to pay upon receipt. Participation is only possible if we have received the payment before the event. Cancellation: For cancellations after 15th of October 2020 the cancellation fee is 50% of the lump sum. For cancellations after 1st of November 2020, the cancellation fee is 100% of the lump sum and for non-appearance or cancellation on the day of the event. The full lump sum is charged here. Cancellation must be made in writing without exception. A substitute person can of course be named. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme and to cancel the event. All fees are exclusive of 27% VAT (HU).
